An older panel that has run out of space is one of the most common calls we take. Breakers trip under normal load, there is nowhere left to add a circuit, and in the worst cases the busbar is showing heat damage.
On this job the existing board was replaced with a correctly sized panel, every circuit was re-terminated and labeled, and the service was tested before we handed it back. Labeling matters more than people expect — the next electrician, or the homeowner during an emergency, should be able to find the right breaker in seconds.
Signs your panel needs attention
- Breakers that trip repeatedly or will not reset
- A fuse box rather than breakers
- No spare slots for a new circuit, EV charger or appliance
- Warm covers, discoloration or a burning smell
If any of these sound familiar, call us and we will take a look before it becomes an emergency.
